VIRTUAL SESSIONS RECORDED LIVE ON ZOOM

Let’s explore our relationship to stress and anxiety and learn to create more internal balance & harmony with the practices of breath work and meditation. The ancient yogis and modern scientists are all on the same page about the powerful impact of these centuries-old practices. They require little-to-no effort and tiny chunks of time to support us in loosening our internal grasp on everything from deeply stored trauma to every day life stresses so that we can self-soothe, self-regulate and uplift our state of being!

this workshop will include:

- basic science on the brain, the body, human bodily systems, stress, anxiety + trauma

- samskaras | patterns + conditioning + habits

- a brief overview and exploration of prana and the chakras

- daily awareness & physical practices

- yoga asana (postures) for stress + anxiety

- basic history & teachings about the benefits of pranayama (breath work) + meditation

- progressive weekly pranayama (breathing techniques) + meditation practices

- community support and guidance

- virtual course material in our workshop portal (to be sent out when the course begins)

- 7 weeks of guidance and connection with me as your instructor and guide

We’ll interact, find magic, share and reflect with the supportive community we create.

So if you can’t make it, you can still connect and follow along. Every week the recording, a full recap and reflections will be sent out to the group. The recordings will remain available for one month after the whole workshop is complete!
