In this 60-minute Vinyasa-based yoga class you will learn how to link your breaths to movement. Accesible for all practitioners, this class teaches the foundational poses used in our Flow variations which will help stengthen and stabilize your practice, all while building strength, mobility, and coordination. This is a low- to medium-intensity class that can be a great warm-up for your workout or climbing session.
