Monthly :: Frequency is a 2 hour workshop and experience — a beginner friendly Yoga asana and Pranayama practice followed by a Sound Healing Journey— a treat for the mind, body and soul.

An inclusive community gathering container that aims to happen once a month held by the duo Sam and Rita. Combined we share decades of experience with yoga and a lifetime of experience and passion with sound and music. We are grateful to our teachers and all the teachers before them and we feel very  honored to have the privilege to support the community with the benefits of these ancient practices combined.

Monthly :: Frequency Cancelation Policy:

The last day to reserve a spot for this event is Thursday, June 29th.  If for any reason you are unable to join us, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice.  While we very much appreciate and value you, due to the nature of our services, all cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the event will be subject to 50% refund. 

Reservations are fully refundable if 48 hours notice is given.  

No-shows are non-refundable. 

We understand that circumstances are often out of our control and emergencies arise.  Please reach out to us if this is the case.  We are open to discussion and finding alternatives that serve you, us and our hosting space as best as possible. 

Should this event need to be canceled we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and provide full refunds.  We apologize in advance if an emergency or last-minute cancellation takes place.
