A 2 hour workshop curated to study, explore and open that complicated and usually TIGHT-AS-HELL hip space in the body.
Similar to the shoulder workshop, we'll be talking about the hips and how to better understand them so that when we take on hip stretches, we know exactly what we're doing, how to do them more effectively, and walk away with ways to help ourselves and each other outside of the workshop, in yoga class, and in life.
