Join me for 2 hours in the yoga space at Cliffs we work on understanding, restoring, and stretching one of the most commonly tight parts of the body. As this will be a sort-of follow up to the first hip opening workshop in June, you can expect to brush up on the things we went over then, while delving in a little bit more and working into new poses and adjustments to work the hip space further.
*the first hip workshop is not a prerequisite to this workshop
